Here it is! Our 1st ever blog!
For those of you who don’t know us, we are Ali & Molly, the mother & daughter duo behind Brides of Bakewell. Ali took over Brides of Bakewell almost 8 years ago now & we have talked about running the business together ever since.
Many of our brides will have also met Molly over the years as she has supported during busy times whilst also working a full-time job as a buyer. If you follow us on our socials, you will now know that Molly is joining the business full time as of TODAY (if you don’t follow our socials – go & do that right now!).
We are SO excited to be working together & be able to offer out more appointment slots than ever before, whether that be morning or evening, Monday through to Sunday. With our new shiny website, you can now book online, but if you can’t find a time to suit you, please don’t hessite to drop us a message as we will always accommodate you where we can!
We have approx. 80 wedding dresses in the shop from designers Stella York & Morilee, offering our brides, a wide choice of silhouettes, styles, necklines & details. Our sample dresses range from size 8 to 24 and are available to order in sizes 4 – 32. Our prices range from £975 to £2250 with many half price sample dresses available to buy off the peg if you are little bit last minute or after a bargain!
Then for your bridesmaids, we stock Dessy who have an amazing range of styles and colours that can be mixed and matched to suit any wedding party.
